Tertiary education - Tertiary education, also referred to as third-stage or third level education, is the educational level following the completion of a school providing a secondary education such as a high school, secondary school, or gymnasium. Tertiary education is commonly higher education which prepares students for a quaternary education.
Catalan education system - The actual Catalan education system (according to the LOGSE) are classified like this: general regime (children's education (educació infantil), primary education (educació primà ria), secondary compulsory education (ESO), batxillerat, formació professional de grau mitjà i de grau superior (technical college) and special regime (artistic studies and language studies).
