Representative democracy - Representative democracy is a form of democracy and theory of civics in which voters choose (in free, secret, multi-party elections) representatives to act in their interests, but not as their proxies—i.e.

Illiberal democracy - Technically speaking, an illiberal democracy could be any democracy that is not a liberal democracy. It is a political development still in its infancy, as well as the subject of much debate and activity within government, civic-oriented groups and societies around the world.
