SPARC - SPARC (Scalable Processor ARChitecture) is a pure big-endian RISC microprocessor architecture originally designed in 1985 by Sun Microsystems.
SBus - SBus is a computer bus system that was used in most SPARC-based computers from Sun Microsystems during the 1990s. It was introduced in 1989 to be a high-speed bus counterpart to their high-speed SPARC processors, replacing the earlier (and by this time, outdated) VMEbus that had been used in their earlier Motorola 68030-based systems and early SPARC boxes.
SPARCstation 1 - The SPARCstation 1, or Sparc 4/60, is a SPARC-based SunOS computer sold by Sun Microsystems as part of the SPARCstation series. It was sold starting in April 1989, and the end of Sun's support for it was in 1995.
Tadpole Computer - Tadpole Computer is a manufacturer of UNIX workstation and thin client laptops and lightweight servers. Their machines currently use either SPARC or x86 processors.
SPARC Assembly Language - Notes from course on SPARC ASM, for learning the architecture and writing programs for it; by Mark Smotherman, computer science professor, Clemson University.
SPARC International, Inc. - ... founded 1988. Owns all Scalable Processor ARChitecture trademarks, provides trademark use and registrations, compliance testing, branding and general information services to the SPARC community, lists all certified products, registered trademarks, news releases, member company profiles.
